Autum Michael, Owner

Autum has worked in the staffing industry for over 10 years, successfully staffing hundreds of employees throughout the northwest. She has worked for both international and national staffing agencies hiring employees for Nike, InFocus, OHSU and the University of Oregon. Her industry experience includes hiring employees in a variety of occupations, with expertise in medical staffing. Autum understands the industry and the importance of building solid, caring, relationships with clients and job seekers.


Tony Thoms, Owner

Tony
has 16 years of management experience with expertise in client services, sales, hiring, training and supervising employees. He is a native Oregonian who has been a small business owner for the past 20 years. With his experience, he has been able to find the proper talent to fill job openings for our clients. He has a successful track record of building long lasting relationships with his clients. 

 

Mary Ellen Gonzalez, Staffing Specialist
 
Mary Ellen
has over 10 years of executive office management experience after earning her Associates degree from Lane Community College. She is an exceptional job recruiter with strong organizational and customer relations skills. We're delighted to have her join our team at Aim Hire.

Sarah Hand, Staffing Specialist

Sarah's professional experience has been in the health care field.  She has eight years of customer service experience as well as training and orientating staff members.  At Aim Hire, Sarah is responsible for organizing interviews, screening our candidates, and marketing our services.  She is our "Jill of all trades" and we're excited to have her join our team.

Marilyn Thoms, Public Relations Coordinator
 
Marilyn has a BA in Public Relations from the University of Oregon, and previously owned her own business.  She has been involved with designing and maintaining our website and oversees other projects that involve advertising and marketing. Marilyn enjoys networking with business owners and has successfully increased our client base.
