All of our job seekers must schedule an interview, come prepared and be on time. Before they are considered for placement, job seekers are required to present their resume and three professional references. Aim Hire' staff will promptly investigate candidates past employment history and get comprehensive feedback that will allow us to choose the best candidate for your position. Comprehensive Hiring Tools
We offer our Skills Testing Service at $25.00 per test. We will share test scores with you and let you know if the candidate is considered entry level, intermediate or advanced in their field. We have over 900 tests in industries including:  industrial, legal, healthcare, clerical, and many more.

Use our Skills Testing Service to gage the industry knowledge of your current employees, too. This can be done at Aim Hire, or your office, via Internet, for your convenience. Allow us to find you qualified employees on a temp-to-hire basis and we'll include our Skills Testing Service at no cost to you.

Q.  Can I get Aim Hire's rate sheet?

A.  There is no rate sheet.  Each job order we fill requires certain skills and experience and may be filled with candidates that have varied work histories and skill levels.  We are very competitive in price, and provide excellent screening and testing processes in the staffing industry.

Q.  What if I require drug testing for my new employees?

A.  No problem.  Our drug screen test is 99% effective.  We work with each employers specific needs on a case-by-case basis.

 Q.  We already have recruiters and HR managers, so why would we need Aim Hire?

A.  It is our job to maintain a constant stream of qualified candidates and potential job seekers.  We are able to offer employers the access to the passive job seekers who may not otherwise be found through countless online and classified advertisements.  In addition, our in-house database enables our staff to respond quickly to your request with qualified candidates.  After all, staffing is our full-time job.
